1. Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Orders placed after 12pm (Mon-Fri) or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Options (UK)

We use reliable UK postal and courier services, including Royal Mail to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Standard Delivery:

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch

Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and size

Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24):

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Free or discounted shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders over a certain value (as shown at checkout).

3. International Shipping

We currently do not ship to any international destinations.

4. Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, weather, or high seasonal demand.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us — we’ll be happy to assist and track it for you.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos (if applicable).

We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
