1. Our Promise

At Jewels and Tools UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.

We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

2. Returns Eligibility

You can return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

You must include your order number or proof of purchase.

Items returned in a damaged or used condition may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. How to Return an Item

Contact us first at info@jewelsandtoolsuk.com  with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll confirm the return address and provide instructions.

Package the item securely and post it back to us.

Please note:

Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the order.

If your item was damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, we will:

Cover return postage costs, and offer a replacement or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Custom or personalised orders. Opened jewellery-making consumables (e.g. glue, adhesives, wire, or packaging materials)
